The pitch
Tell it about your business the way you'd tell a friend. A finished one-page site comes back. Then keep talking — "add Sunday hours", "raise the price" — and the site keeps up.
The part I'm proudest of
The sellable AI. Every tenant can put their own assistant on their own site. The billing under it is engineered like money deserves: two credits per answer, metered idempotently. Refunds fire when a provider misses. Balances fail closed when empty. No vendor name ever leaks into a customer-facing string.
The discipline
This repo runs on phase documents — PRDs, handoffs, evidence files with real end-to-end output quoted. Fifteen of them and counting. That paper trail is why I can tell you the metering works instead of hoping it does.
